Today, she serves as an Engineering Manager, providing strategic leadership for both Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams. Her expertise includes manufacturing engineering, product development, Lean manufacturing, quality systems, continuous improvement, project management, and building high-performing engineering teams.
