He has worked closely in the Manufacturing of CNC machines, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), hydraulic systems, transfer lines, robotics, and automation solutions. Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Quality Management and Instrumentation have been his most preferred interest areas. He has 30+ years of professional experience in industry and institutes. He has provided consultancy to various MNCs in India. Dr. Prafulla is a Chartered Engineer and contributed to import-export assignments for a few MNCs in India. He also contributes to the society as a Career Counsellor. He is certified as an "International Teacher & Trainer" by Cambridge University. As a Corporate Trainer, Dr. Prafulla has conducted workshops and training sessions for more than 900 physical hours of engagement.
