Anthony Cook is a chartered senior civil engineer with 15 years of experience. Currently director of a company offering land development solutions to private/public clients. Expert at project management and coordinating complex requirements among team members. Motivates and improves the performance of the team by being approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Specialty area is residential subdivisions, predominately in Auckland. Evidenced by being involved in over 400 projects producing over 4,000 lots. Role can be broadly defined as across all aspects of a project from conceptual design, client liaison, design documentation, reviews, contract administration, through to construction supervision, and project certification. Design focus is on civil roading works and three waters drawings, report, and calculations.
